Activities Worker –Southampton and Fareham - £10.50 - £12 per hour (flexible hours)

We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.  We are seeking to recruit great Activity/Play workers, someone with the right values and attitudes to work in the Activity Schemes – could this be you?

You don’t need to have previous experience in this type of work, and you don’t need any particular qualifications, as we will provide all the necessary training to develop you to your full potential.   You do need to be over 18 years for this role. Our schemes are currently based in Southampton and Fareham.

The children and adults we support are individuals and therefore no two days are the same. As a general guide, you will be supporting disabled children and adults to play and have fun, which may be with arts and crafts, soft play or sensory play onsite or during trips out to local activities and attractions. Our schemes run on Saturdays and during some school holidays.
