Job Introduction
Outreach Day Services Support Worker - Southampton - £9 - £9.46 per hour (flexible hours)
We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.
The Day Services offer support to young adults who are individuals and therefore no two days are the same, as a general guide, duties will include, support with personal care needs, including feeding, medication, as well as help to take part in a wide range of interests and activities that support wellbeing and independence, such as accessing the community, sensory activities, baking, crafts, and much more depending on what people choose. We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals who have the ability to support all members of the team. You will have good organisational, communication and written skills.

Salary: £9 per hour
Hours: Between 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
