Job Introduction

Shift Leader – Oaks & Acorns Respite Centre

We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism. 

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals who have the ability to lead a shift and support all members of the team. You will have good organisational, communication and written skills. You will have experience with supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autism. Successful applicants will have a responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. 

An appropriate level 3 Diploma, or a commitment to undertake the qualification within an agreed time frame is required. You also need to be 18years of age or over for the role.

Hours: 30 hours a week   

Salary: £15,642.00
