£21,164 pro-rata (£11.00 per hour) -  20 hours per month

We are The Rose Road Association, a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Youth Leader to run and manage a Youth Forum in West Berkshire, the role is part time, 20 hours per month and will be based from home.

The forum is the voice for the young people aged 16-25 of West Berkshire who have a disability/SEN.  Its focus is to increase awareness and influence issues which concern their lives. The aspiration is to make West Berks a better place for young people with disabilities/SEN to live. Your role will be to promote the forum to schools and colleges and encourage members to join. Every half term you will organise a fun activity and facilitate a steering group meeting.
